1
Get a line
A line is the number your conversations run on. You buy a line from EventCon, which comes with a real iPhone number and no device to manage:
- Inbound ($136/mo) if leads will text you first from your ads, site, or QR codes. No outreach: you can’t text a lead first.
- Two-Way ($385/mo) if you’ll also text leads first (up to 50 new contacts a day), such as for reactivation, reminders, and follow-ups
- Shared ($108/mo) for light outreach to a small list of warm leads
2
Build your contact list
Open Contacts and click New Contact to add people one by one, or import a list. Good first lists are ticket leads, registrants, and past attendees.→ Manage contacts
3
Configure an AI agent
Open Agents and click Create New Agent. Give it a personality, your event details, and objection handling so it sounds like your brand. Then switch its status to ON.→ Set up AI agents
4
Start conversations
There are two ways, and you can use both:
- Leads text you first (Inbound and Two-Way lines). Put your number or pre-filled iMessage link on your ads, website, QR codes, and flyers. → Ads to iMessage
- You text leads first (Two-Way and Shared lines). Open Outreach and click New Campaign. → Run outreach campaigns
5
Let the AI handle the conversation
When messages come in, your agent replies in seconds. It answers questions, builds rapport, and keeps each conversation moving toward a booked call or a ticket sale.
6
Step in when it matters
Open any thread in the Inbox and take over for VIPs, group deals, or anything the agent shouldn’t handle alone.→ Work the inbox
7
8
Keep credits topped up
Each paid line includes 5,000 AI credits a month. Before a big launch, add a monthly add-on or turn on auto-reload so your agents never stop replying.→ AI credits
