What you need
- A Two-Way line, which includes reactivating past attendees and your list. See Buy a line.
- Your past attendee list in Contacts, with first names and the event they attended
- An agent briefed on the next event
The play
1
Import and segment the list
Import past attendees and keep useful context with them, such as which event they attended, VIP or general admission, and the year. Smaller, specific segments get more personal openers and better replies.
2
Brief the agent on what's new
Give the agent the next event’s details, what’s different this time, and any returning-attendee perk you’re offering, such as early access, a price lock, or a VIP upgrade.
3
Open by remembering them
Reference the event they attended. It’s what makes a message feel personal instead of broadcast.
4
Roll it out over several days
Launch the outreach campaign and let smart queueing pace it. A Two-Way line can start up to 50 new conversations a day, so plan the timing: a list of 500 past attendees takes about 10 days on one line. To go faster, split the list across several Two-Way lines. Replies get their own reply lane, so interested people hear back right away.
5
Work the hot replies
Watch the Inbox for people asking about group tickets, upgrades, or sponsorship, and step in personally.
